Services
Residential Programs: PTC currently has four traditional Waivered sites that offer Customized Person Centered Services; located throughout Hennepin and Ramsey counties.
Apartment Training Program: A unique learning opportunity for consumers wanting to experience independent living.
Apartment Program: PTC offers 1 to 2 bedrooms or efficiency apartments located in Minneapolis and Saint Paul for those who may not need and SLS environment but with the benefit of having SLS support staff.
Respite Weekends: PTC offers an opportunity for after school activities that are designed to facilitate peer relationships in a fun social setting.

Summer Camp: Offered to anyone currently enrolled in school including transition age. Please see above calendar for this month’s exciting events!
